Our PCCA-member compounding pharmacy has prepared personalized medications in Defiance since 2000 — hormones, thyroid, pediatric, pain, veterinary, and discontinued drugs — for patients across all three locations.

Defiance, Paulding, and Continental run as one operation. Compounded medications prepared in Defiance get delivered to Paulding and Continental. Prescription transfers move seamlessly between locations. Local delivery extends to eighteen-plus surrounding communities across Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana.
Travis and Kieu Okuley have owned this pharmacy since January 1995. Kieu has spent 25+ years specializing in hormone replacement therapy, women's health, and clinical compounding. We've stayed independent through three generations because our patients keep choosing us.

Kieu Okuley has spent more than twenty-five years specializing in women's health and HRT. Our compounding lab prepares bioidentical hormones, hormone pellet therapy, and customized progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone formulations — designed around your labs, your symptoms, and your provider's plan.
